Administrative Assistant
Anita Gunter is the Administrative Assistant at Mercy River Counseling. With more than 35 years of customer service and management experience, she is dedicated to ensuring every client feels welcomed, respected, and cared for from their very first interaction. Anita is committed to providing compassionate, professional support while helping make your experience with our practice as comfortable and seamless as possible.
A lifelong resident of the Battle Creek area, Anita has called Bellevue home for the past 23 years. She shared more than 33 wonderful years of marriage with her husband until his passing in 2025. She is the proud grandmother of five grandchildren who bring her great joy. Outside of work, Anita enjoys serving her parish community and volunteering wherever she is needed.
