Licensed Mental Health Professional | Dementia Care Specialist | Gottman trained

Whitney Rose is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 11 years of experience in the mental health field. Whitney made the decision to become a therapist after being inspired by participating in therapy for herself. Since then, she has earned her Master of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University and is also a certified Dementia Care Specialist.

She takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore challenges and foster meaningful growth. She specializes in working with couples, children, and older adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and age-related cognitive concerns.

Whitney has completed the Gottman Level 1 training, which empowers her to help couples successfully manage conflict. She specializes in helping couples process their differences and deepen their intimacy.

Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Whitney tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, with the goal of helping them feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive change.

Whether supporting someone through a difficult season or guiding them toward long-term personal growth, Whitney brings clinical expertise, empathy, and a deep commitment to each person's well-being.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, and also maintains a small hobby farm wherein she enjoys watching and caring for her animals.

She is currently taking new clients for couples counseling.
